Birthdays!

TODAY IS GRANDPA/DAD's 70th BIRTHDAY!

It's also David's birthday! He's not 70, but he is 38! Happy Birthday you guys!

And on the 22nd was Amy's Birthday! Happy birthday Amy!

She turned 40 I'm pretty sure. However I don't doubt any of you will refrain from correcting me if I'm wrong.

We hope you all three are having or had fabulous birthdays! We love you all very much!

Anyone recognize the guy in the middle? Remember the dinner we had last year with Chief Justice Roberts? This year the big speaker for that event was Larry Echohawk. I didn't get to talk to him very much, and I don't remember him anyway, so it was a little awkward. He asked if I remembered any of his kids. I don't, but I told him Amy keeps up with his wife and one of his kids. He asked where Mom and Dad are now and I told him. That was about it. We were interrupted by the loud speaker announcing the beginning of the dinner at that point. It had been a very long day for him, and I'm sure he was tired, but he was still gracious if not friendly. It's taken me a while to get the picture up. Crazy semester. Very glad it's almost over.
This other picture is for Jeny. Is that not the face of a true teenager? Can you see the moustache? I couldn't get a better picture of it. He's getting long chin hairs too. He loves it. I keep telling him he needs to shave, but he doesn't want to. Funny boy.
One more week of finals and then Jason starts working with a public defender in town and I start a summer class -- biochemistry. Party. But this way I'll be able to finish my prereqs in December and take a semester off to pack and move before starting my program in the fall of 2011. That's the plan, anyway. The kids will be in school until June 9th. Jonah has 2 or 3 more soccer games, and Dylan has his first baseball game tomorrow. Life is nuts! One day at a time. Happy Mother's Day everyone!

Oh The Birthdays That Have Passed

So here's the deal. No one has sent me anything to post in, well, almost forever. Therefore, I haven't even logged onto the blog to update anything. However, there have been SO many birthdays, I'm not putting dates. It's late, there are a lot, and I'm prego so my brain doesn't work super well. But we still want to recognize everyone that's had a birthday recently! (I'm also praying that I didn't forget anyone. Please, please! let me know if I did asap so I can add them in!)
