What Size Please?

Comment and leave the sizes of t-shirts for each person in your family. (They will be men's sizes so if you wear a smaller size in men's than in women's take that into consideration. For children just say what their size is normally no matter the gender.) Please do so promptly. Thank you!

Some Birthdays

Jonah had a birthday on the 21st! Happy birthday Jonah!

Brock turned 13 on the 22nd!

Sleeping Arrangements

I don't know how many of you have already made your arrangements but just so we have an idea of who is to go where please comment and let us know what your plan is. If you still have no plan comment and tell us you have no plan and we'll help you figure it out.

Meal Plan

This is what I have for the meal plan for now. If it needs to be changed somehow let me know.

Day 1 (Thursday the 22nd)

Breakfast: Matt/David/Dad

Lunch: Amy

Dinner: Holly

Day 2 (Friday the 23rd)

Breakfast: Heidi

Lunch: Mindy

Dinner: David

Day 3 (Saturday the 24th)

Breakfast: Lori

Lunch: Kristi

Dinner: Jeny

These assignments were made based on volunteers for each. If you did not volunteer I just placed you where I felt like it. If you want to switch with someone, ask.

Please let me know what you will be making as well as a grocery list asap so we can get that figured out. Our budget is super duper tight so try and make a very cost efficient meal.

The amount of people you need to plan for in your meal is 56.

(Side note: we didn't have any assignments for desserts and well, we know how important dessert is in our family so if anyone would like to do a dessert as well please volunteer!)

A Little of the Plans.

So Saturday was going to be a pretty big day. However, I know of a few people that have to leave that morning so we're making Friday the biggest day and Thursday and Saturday will be a little more relaxed. Anyway, for Saturday I am planning a game day. There will be the following games:

Rock Band (I've talked to some of you about bringing your Wii consoles and Rock Band systems with you so we can have as many people playing as would like to. If for some reason something has changed and you can no longer bring yours please let me know asap. We will be bringing ours as well. Also, if there are any of you that I did NOT talk to about it but you have one you'd like to bring, let me know!)

Trivial Pursuit (Same with this, I haven't talked to anyone but if you have the game, please bring it. Just comment and let me know you're going to bring it.)

Puzzles

Rumoli (Jeny will you bring your pennies please? This game is actually still up in the air....not sure if we'll worry about it or not)

Humzinger... (that's what it's called right?)

I am open for more suggestions, this is just what I have so far. So basically Saturday will just be games and food and fun.
