Thanks, Nickell! I haven't been sending questions because very few people have been answering them. I was hoping that was just a busy summer thing, and that we'll all get back into it in the fall.
I'm sorry I haven't been answering, it has been ery busy here. And I couldn't think of any recent triumphs! It's been a while.
