My earliest memory is vague, but I remember when I was potty training, and Grandma (Breckenridge?) sent me some pretty flowered panties and a silver dollar. I don't know how old I was, but I was small enough that my little fingers barely fit around that silver dollar. It covered almost my whole hand. Funny that my first memory would be about money, eh?

I would think that if it was a silver dollar, it was Grandma L. She had a huge trunk full of them! Ok maybe it was just a few in her dresser drawer.
Man, you remember WAY far back! I think my memories start at about 5.
